AMCRAFTS ("we", "our", or "us") operates the Wallpaper Gallery mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use the App and describes your rights regarding that information.
By downloading or using Wallpaper Gallery, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with this policy, please discontinue use of the App.

Information We Collect
Information You Provide
Wallpaper Gallery does not require you to create an account or provide any personal information — such as your name, email address, or phone number — to use the App. We do not collect any personally identifiable information directly from you.
Information Collected Automatically
When you use the App, our servers may automatically record limited usage data:
- Wallpaper view events — when a wallpaper is opened or swiped to, we record the wallpaper's internal ID to track its popularity. No personal identifier is associated with this event.
- Download events — when you download a wallpaper, we log the wallpaper's internal ID and the time of the download request to maintain download statistics. No personal identifier is linked to this log.
- Standard server logs — our hosting infrastructure may capture your IP address, device type, and OS version as part of routine network communication. These logs are used solely for security and infrastructure monitoring and are not linked to any individual user profile.
Device Permissions
The App requests the following Android permissions:

Required to fetch wallpaper images and categories from our servers.

WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE / READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE
Required on Android 9 and below to save downloaded wallpapers to your gallery. On Android 10+, files are saved via the MediaStore API without this permission.

SET_WALLPAPER
Required to apply a selected image as your home screen or lock screen wallpaper.
We access these permissions only for the stated purposes and do not use them to read, copy, or transmit any other files stored on your device.

How We Use Information
We use the limited usage data described above for the following purposes:
- To operate and improve the App — view and download counts help us understand which wallpapers are popular so we can curate better content.
- To ensure security and reliability — server logs help us detect abuse, diagnose technical issues, and maintain service availability.
- To comply with legal obligations — we may retain server logs as required by applicable law.
We do not use your data for targeted advertising, profiling, or any automated decision-making that affects you.

Data Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell, rent, or trade any information about your App usage to third parties. We may share data only in the following limited circumstances:
- Service providers — we may engage reputable hosting and infrastructure providers to operate our servers. These providers process data strictly on our behalf and are contractually prohibited from using it for their own purposes.
- Legal requirements — we may disclose data if required by law, court order, or governmental authority, or when we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our legal rights or prevent imminent harm.
- Business transfers — if AMCRAFTS is acquired or merges with another entity, data held by us may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify users via an in-app notice or update to this policy before any such transfer occurs.

Data Retention
Aggregated view and download counts are retained indefinitely, as they contain no personal information.
Server log files that may contain IP addresses are retained for a maximum of 90 days for security and diagnostic purposes, after which they are automatically deleted or anonymised.

Data Security
We implement industry-standard measures to protect information transmitted between the App and our servers:
- HTTPS encryption for all API communications — cleartext traffic is disabled in the App's network security configuration.
- Restricted access to server infrastructure and logs.
However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your data, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children's Privacy
Wallpaper Gallery is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at the address below and we will promptly delete it.

Third-Party Services
The App may display images hosted on third-party servers. When the App fetches an image, your device establishes a connection to the hosting server, which may log your IP address in accordance with that provider's own privacy policy. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party content hosts.
The App does not integrate any third-party analytics SDKs (e.g., Firebase, Mixpanel) or advertising networks.

Your Rights
Because the App does not collect personally identifiable information, most data protection rights (such as access, correction, or deletion of personal data) are not directly applicable. However:
- You may request deletion of any server logs associated with your IP address by contacting us. We will honour such requests to the extent technically feasible and legally permissible.
- You may revoke device permissions at any time via your Android device settings. Revoking storage permissions will prevent downloads; revoking the SET_WALLPAPER permission will prevent the App from applying wallpapers.

Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document. For material changes, we will provide notice within the App.
Continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
